Pactum Business Consulting is making its Business Development Council (BDC) available to the market.

The council’s multidisciplinary team is ready to propose creative solutions and corporate alternatives necessary to the renovation of any company's business, as well as its development.

Business Development Related Aspects:

Based on an integrated vision, the council is formed by Pactum's main members and professionals and works hard to identify and serve a company's needs, considering its shareholders, investors and employees.
Clients will choose their council member, who will represent Pactum before the company’s board as the link between their administration and Pactum’s executives. The council member will seek to diagnose the company’s needs and opportunities, aiming to guide its growth and identify possible market changes that indicate the need for preventive or corrective action.
Pactum’s working structure can be called into action by the council member, who will work on the client’s focus, being alert and prepared to seek solutions as needed by the client.

Aspects Related to a Possible Need for Business Reorganization:

This work can be done from two perspectives:

The first has the objective of identifying a company’s critical points and proposing new measures for reorganizing the business, with one or more visions, in such a way as to issue a final report that will be presented to administration and possibly to creditors or the court system.
The second consists in the exclusive development and monitoring of the procedures aiming towards "Legal or Extra-legal Reorganization.” In this case, the scope of work extends from the verification of legal requirements, necessary to enjoyment of legal benefits to the filing of legal procedures and monitoring of the assembly with the creditors.
